Eczema: Eczema is unusual on your penis. Consult your dermatologist for a correct diagnosis. You could use 1% Hydrocortisone cream that is over the counter to treat eczema, but that would make fungus worse.(even though it would seem to get better). Also it is better not to treat it before seeing a dermatologist so that the diagnosis can be established without the confusion of prior therapy.
