What is the best way to beat premature ejackulation?

Squeeze: A condom and/or a bit of anesthetic on the head can work wonders. A selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor in a low dose will usually fix you up. Better and more fun is the squeeze technique. Practice it with your partner, and you'll reprogram yourself and have incredible fun finding new ways to pleasure one another.

PE: Premature ejaculation is a common problem. Behavioral techniques, such as the so-called "squeeze technique", can work in some cases, but not all. Topical anesthetics are available as well and effective, but both of these can limit sexual pleasure. Some older antidepressants such as zoloft and Paxil (paroxetine) can be effective, but you need a prescription. I recommend you see a urologist if needed.
