Yes: Temovate (clobetasol) is considered a "super-potent" topical steroid. It has been well documented that topical temovate (clobetasol) can increase both urine and blood sugar levels. Additionally, applications of temovate (clobetasol) to the vulva has been shown to cause adrenal suppression. Speak with you md, do not stop the cream abrubtly if needed, taper down your applications under md guidance.
