What can cause a cervical spline lesion, since i did not jave any accidents, no hits in that area? could it be from incorect seatting/ scoliosis?

Cervical spine: Really need more info. A lesion could imply tumor, mass, etc. Scoliosis would not cause this. Check with your spine surgeon.
