No: Tmj would likely cause pain beneath the ear not above it. Shouldnt cause dizziness either.If it is pulsatile, lasting hours, usually one sided, associated with nausea and sensitivity to light or noise, it is probably migraine. If this is a new headache for you, then you need to see a neurologist.
