My lmp on 18/03/2013, but the ultrasound done yesterday (27/04/2013) shows baby only 6mm, my doctor say only 3 weeks. anything wrong?

Reassessment needed: A follow-up ultrasound scan in 4 weeks should be helpful. Generally it is difficult to assess early pregnancy viability before it has achieved an age of at least 6 weeks.
