Eat food from nature: It is actually quite easy to be gluten free and sugar free. The important thing is to avoid foods that are specifically manufactured to be "gluten free" replacements of other foods. In other words, avoid eating gluten free breads, pastas, cookies, all of which contain simple carbohydrates. Stick to good sources of protein, vegetables and fat and you will be more successful at combating yeast.
