Almonds have 15 grams of fat per ounce, pecans 21 grams per ounce. So 1 avocado & about 4 ounces of nuts will do the trick. Can also have olive or flax oil on salads, wild king salmon(10 grams in 3.5 ounces), hummus (10 grams in 4 oz.), cheese (9-10 gr./oz) so it's not that hard!
