Here's some : Take prenatal vitamins. Have unprotected sex about 2-3 times per week. Try to chart your cycles to help predict your ovulation, it's usually around day 14 in a normal menstrual cycle of 28-30 days, with day 1 being the first day of your period. Or use ovulation predictor kits. Try for about 6 months. If no success, see your doctor and bring your menstrual chart for review. Good luck!
