You could: You need a reculture and possibly an ultrasound, and there are other bacteria that can cause that so you definitely need to followup with your gyn.

Maybe...: This depends on exactly how you were treated. Even when chlamydia is the apparent cause of PID, usually additional bacteria (most normal vaginal bacteria) also are involved, so PID often requires treatment for more than chlamydia. The chlamydia itself probably is gone, but you still should not be having sex at all until PID completely gone and all partner(s) treated for chlamydia.
