Yes,,,: You apparently have early iron deficiency anemia. Your TIBC is 477, moderately elevated, which is a flag for this. Your serum iron is in normal range but not very high and likely due to your tibc, and your other blood counts are normal but low normal. It would be wise to see your doctor to talk about suitable iron supplements and/or increasing iron in your diet. Good luck.

Not anemic right now: But you are probably iron deficient. You'd do well to try to find out where the iron is going -- heavy periods? A bleeding ulcer? A tumor in the gut? A diet deficient in iron? Hookworm? Any of many other possibilities.
