It sounds as if this: Comes w/ hx of chronic pain. Have u had a gyn exam recently? Consider the ovaries, making sure no large cyst. Having constipation? If so, miralax. If u have had blood work and do not need sleep study for snoring (to ensure no apnea), fatigue need be addressed in backdrop of pain, mood, stress.Cymbalta (duloxetine) helps pain, mood, but may need a med 4 sleep. Fatigue may b medically improved, may help pain.

Need more info: It could be multiple things depending on how severe are the symptoms and how long. Really need to be examined. Probably tests need need to be done.
