Tooth extraction: I usually use an elevator and try to cause the least trauma so there is less post-op pain. Sometimes its nes. To section a tooth or use forcepts. It should be painless. You may feels a lot of pressure and some crackling sounds are normal. We provide headphones to watch tv during the procedure to remove the sound.

Tooth Extraction: If a tooth has too much damage and can't be saved then in this case, the tooth needs to be extracted. Before removing the tooth, your dentist will administrate a local anesthetic for pain control and by surgical procedure tooth will be removed. Most tooth extractions take just a few minutes and the procedure is very safe.
