Weight distribution: There is tendancy, particularly for some to carry weight in the midsection. This issue has been linked to more heart disease and metabolic derangements (such as glucose metabolism), compared to people that distribute more proportionally. Weight around midsection often requires build-up of muscle in that area and typical activities do not fix this. Need core exercises and muscle isolation.
