A member asked:

If a child becomes agitated, what could this mean?

Eat, Sleep, Love: Think of a child's basic needs; food, sleep, and love. Children tend to become agitated more easily when they are hungry, tired, overstimulated, or unable to communicate their needs or wants. By providing children with a consistent routine that takes these basic needs into account, many a meltdown can be averted.

Need more info: I agree with dr arca's n! if you have not solved the "agitation" with this advice, then a visit is warranted. What does agitation mean to you? What other observations have you made about your child? Etc. What is new in your life? Etc.
