It does not get any : No food means no energy. It is like a car without fuel in it. So food is what gives us energy. If you do not eat food, your body starts to break down your flesh/muscles and you become weaker and lose weight...So it is not a good idea to stop eating altogether. If you want to lose weight, eat less than normal but you still need to eat about half to two thirds of your usual normal intake of food.
