Infectious process: Generally children are very resilient to disease. They will try to fend off unconsciously as much as they can. Your child has some kind of infection that she is struggling with. I will recommend that you consult her pediatrician as soon as you can for diagnosis and treatment. Continue the tylenol(panadol), alternate with ibuprofen for the fever. Make sure she stays hydrated by giving her fluid
