Sonicare toothbrush: If that's all you have, 2 minutes, then use a sonicare toothbrush with a modified bass brushing technique (point the bristles into the gumline at 45 degrees).

2 Min = Not Enough: To properly address your mouth, spend 2-minutes brushing at one time; however, this should be done 2-3x/day for proper cavity prevention. Also, no flossing was done in that 2-min, and flossing is critical to stopping cavities between the teeth, as well as gum disease that causes the outright tooth loss. Bottom line, 2-min a day will still be less than necessary and cavities will result.
