See a provider: Do you have skin color in those areas that are different from the rest of your body? Is the skin red or coarse or painful? A chronic infection could cause skin discoloration in the areas of skin of the legs or thighs that are rubbing against each other. Or it may be just irritated due to the rubbing. The best thing to do is to see a provider who would recommend the proper treatment.
