Head pain: A severe pain in the head with coughing or bending could have a simple source, such as sinus infection or pressure, or something serious like an aneurysm, a blood vessel that could burst and cause serious damage. Please check with your physician immediately, or if the pain becomes severe, go to the emergency room.
