Don't wait: Not good to ignore head pain in the face of hypertension...See your doctor...If the head pain is the worse you've ever had, effects your vision or your blood pressure is much higher than normal---go to the ed.

More info: Need more info, did u have high bo before ?. Usually high BP does not give headache contrary to common belief. Need more description of headache. If this is the 1st time u noticed this bp, then see your doctor soon.
