I'm wondering why are my teeth rotting from the inside out?

Internal resorption?: If you were diagnosed with a tooth having internal resorption, there is no clear cut reason why. Most tooth destruction starts out in small crevices on the biting surface, on the soft root surface or between the teeth(from lack of flossing) food particles get trapped, bacteria "eat" these particles, digest them giving off acid that contributes to tooth destruction.
