Sun: Healthy exposure to sunlight is important for vitamin d, and probably if exposed safely, a better way to get than with supplements of d3. Also, light exposure is important for making melatonin which is important for many reasons, among them supporting ability to sleep when exposed to dark. In general it is good to exercise in fresh air as well. Artificial light, is probably not healthy.
