Lots of options: Over the counter things like a glycerin suppository often works, Milk of magnesia (magnesium hydroxide) usually works overnight without a lot of cramping. Magnesium citrate usually works but with a lot of cramps. Once you get "cleared" add more water and fiber to your diet.
