Is it possible to get color contacts and see perfectly even though i have stigmatism?

Possibly: Colored contacts can be found with corrective powers so you can improve the vision. They currently do not come with astigmatism correction (termed toric) so there will be some blur depending upon the degree of astigmatism. So you have to make a choice of the cosmetics of color change vs the need to see clearly.
