Antipsychotic : A second generation antipsychotic use to treat schizophrenia an bipolar disorders in usa. An increase risk of tachycardia, hypotension, diabetes, weight gain and increase cholesterol. The drug should be use with caution in patient with heart failure. The physician and the patient should take above side effects in consideration and if use, close follow will be needed.
