You cannot: Muscle building occurs over time. Without weights and strength training the task is more difficult. Running helps, especially up inclines or stairs. You can search the internet for other specific exercises. One is sitting on a bench and trying to stand up using only one leg. Repeat that 15 times on each leg without holding onto anything.
