Sounds like UTI: If you had pyuria (=unexplained white blood cells without bacteria present), that might be an indicator of surrounding irritation/inflammation, which might be a tumor in proximity to the exterior bladder wall. If worried about ovarian ca, should get pelvic ultrasound.
