How are being awkward or having asperger's different?

Quite a bit : Asperger's is a neurodevelopmental disorder that falls under larger category of autism spectrum disorders. Social akwardness is the hallmark of this disorder but there are often others areas of difficulty which may include sensory difficulties, anxiety and mood disorders. There may also be some difficulties with motor coordination. Social anxiety can be a stand alone disorder or normal variant.
