Boy: Around 53% are boys and the other 47% are girls. Don't quote me. Just hope for a healthy child.

No way to know: Other than an in vitro fertilization, there is no way to make sure that you will have a boy or a girl baby. Each baby gets chromosomes from the mother and the father. The mother has 2 x's and the dad has an x and a y. If they combine to make xx, you will have a girl. If they combine to make xy, you will have a boy. It really depends on which type of chromosome comes from the father.

Same way every time: You get pregnant. You have 50% chance every conception. There are a lot of myths about position/diet/etc. and none work. You can have embryos created in a fertility center and pre-select the sex for implantation, but it is quite expensive and may never work.
