Yes and no: The little one that looks like a straw- yes, the one that looks more like a little vacuum attachment- no.

Agreed W/Above: This is actually a funny question...We dentists deal with it daily, and the reactions can be hilarious! the smaller straw-like suction is gentle and great for "spitting into" or "sucking onto" to remove the water. The larger vacuum-like straight suction is very powerful and not pleasant to wrap your lips around. Being numb, possibly on meds, and trying to figure that out can be interesting!
