Evidence conflicts: There have been numerous studies on this topic and the jury is still out. If it does, it accumulates very slowly over many decades before having an effect. If there was a strong relationship, it is unlikely the data would be so conflicting.

Probably not: Most scientists think the original studies that found aluminum in the brains of Alzheimer's disease patients were flawed. Current research doesn't support the aluminum - Alzheimer's disease connection, but it is hard to prove a negative.
