Not hard: Naturopathic practitioners offer sensitive and charismatic counsel but have no serious diagnostic or therapeutic skills. They depend upon their public recognition and so advertise, run "health" fairs and prey upon those who mistrust conventional doctors. Any that are "recommended" are self recommended and not by actual medical doctors. Let the buyer beware.
