Can there be a way to easily detect basal cell carcinoma early?

Yes and no: If you have already had one, it may be easy for you to detect another when it is very small. Any bump on your skin that lasts more than a month or bleeds should be seen by a dermatologist. Sometimes a basal cell could just look like a scar.

Skin check : There are multiple types of basal cell carcinomas which all look different. Superficial bccs are flat scaly red patches while nodular bccs are bumps that grow and erode eventually. Morpheaform bccs appear scarlike. A skin check regularly by a dermatologist is recommended to find potential bccs and biopsy and treat them.
