Yes: But this is very dependent on gender and genetics and so much more! as well a persons ability to metabolize alcohol and any other co-existing health problems. In kidney or liver disease or combo of both, add no alcohol dehydrogenase (genetic abnormality) and a person could remain 'drunk' until dead.
