Could be # of things: Your leg symptoms could be due to a variety of conditions. Your doctor can see you and do what we call a differential diagnosis: possible sources of leg pain include: 1) muscular pain from temporary overuse/out of condition; 2) from disease of the lower lumbar discs (often associated with tingling or paresthesias, as we call them); 3) vascular (arterial) problems, called claudication, & more.
