Several ways!: Adequate sleep. Regular exercise. Maintain a good weight! avoid stress, which weakens your immune system-this is true for both physical and emotional stress! make sure you get adequate nutrition. I do recommend supplemental zinc (50mg). But even doing all of these, if your genetics are wrong, you still may be prone to autoimmune disease!
