Is there a good way for me to take care of thrush while on antibiotics?

See your dentist: They will be able to assess whether you have thrush or not and give you a prescription for Nystatin or diflucan (fluconazole). If you cannot do that, try using warm saltwater rinses 3 times a day for every day you are on the medication and a week after. Gentian violet has also be recommended as a home treatment for oral thrush but it is poisonous so do not use.

Talk to your doctor: It is likely you require an oral medication like fluconazole.
