Is it alright to take antibiotics for mastitis if my baby has thrush?

Yes: Mastitis needs treatment. Your pain needs to be addressed. Seek care for your baby with your pediatrician, but don't forget to care for own medical care.

Yes: Both you and the baby need treatment. If you are nursing and have mastitis you need antibiotic treatment. If you develope an abscess, you also need to see a general or breast surgeon for aspiration (or if needed a drainage procedure). In the mean time the baby also needs to be checked by a pediatrician for appropriate treatment.
