Pimple on tounge: It can be benign, but have it checked with an oral surgeon, they may take a a biopsy to be sure.

Not unusual: But probably benign. If so, it will be completely gone in no more than 14 days from onset. If painful your Dentist can help with laser treatment or topical meds. If it lasts more than 2 weeks a biopsy is mandated.
