Treatment/analgesics: For the discomfort of ear infections, one can try otc meds like tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen. It will get better once the infection is treated. Sometimes, this can be accomplished with vinegar solution and an office cleaning while others require topical antibiotics. Get to an ENT who can diagnose and recommend a treatment schema.
