Can Not: Some will resolve spontaneously. For those that do not in a few days, antibiotics are necessary.There is a current study demonstrating that the symptoms of ear infections , such as pain, improve with proper antibiotics.Such things as garlic, candleing etc can be dangerous and do not work.
