A member asked:

What is the fastest way to help a possibly strained muscle in my leg?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Douglas Tavenner, jr. answered

Work it: Stretch it out, walk it out. Use hot water in tub or shower to warm the muscle to assist in stretching. Must get off of all sugar.
