A member asked:

I've just started to get sharp twinges of pain up my legs with no muscle injury or strain from exercise... any idea what the problem is?

Nerve associated: With only those brief details, these 'twinges' could be nerve pain possible stemming from compression... especially if the pain 'shoots' down your leg. It could just be inflammation compression the nerve. Try to give yourself a few days rest from physical activity and see if that improves. Consider a trial of NSAIDs for a few days, as indicated. But if it persists, see a physician.
