Not much: Tooth enamel does not regrow. It is not living tissue. Please see a local dentist for any problems you may have with your teeth.

Not possible yet: There is nothing available today to regrow lost tooth enamel. For early decalcification, there are some remineralizing products such a mi paste. Lost enamel can be replaced by various restorative methods. Consult with your own dentist for specific evaluation and advise. If your teeth are worn, consider orthodontic consult and\or bruxism appliance.
