In your thyroid?: Regardless of location, the answer is probably "no." and if your personal physician isn't concerned about it, i would not be either. If it's suggested you have it aspirated for diagnosis, please go ahead and have it done.

Go with CT: I would suggest that the ct evaluation of the cyst is the more authoritative. I expect that the ct was done with IV contrast?
