how can i use my sleeping hours more effectively and reduce them?

Sleep hygiene: Use your bed for only sleep and sex. No reading or tv in bed. No alcohol, tobacco or caffiene in the evening before bed. No other distractions in the bedroom. The more efficient your sleep, the less time you need in bed.
