Scientific Rx: All the acne meds -- benzoyl peroxide, topical retinoic acid, topical clindamycin, systemic tetracycline (still dirt cheap), a systemic macrolide, and the oral contraceptive pill -- are inexpensive by today's standards despite big pharma's gouging. Good luck.
