Some exercises help: To help the tummy look flatter, one can do exercises to build very strong abdominal muscles. It will take a lot of work, and will burn off calories. One must not eat more calories than he burns off, or he cannot lose weight. Helpful weight loss foods are natural foods that take time to chew but contain few calories. Examples include carrots, celery, and iceberg lettuce (without salad dressing).

No Fast way.: You would need to lose weight in general & a certain proportion of that will be abdominal fat. This can be done by eating healthfully, being physically active and making sure that calories burned exceed calories consumed. However you can improve your appearance by toning your abs. To tighten your abdominal muscles consider doing crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, .

lying leg raises, side bridge & the “bicycling” exercise on your back. Insure that you are engaging in regular aerobic exercise. 45 minutes a day would be a good goal to shoot for. NOW with that said if you keep drinking beers - they will cancel out the calories from your workouts. So Belay the Beer!!

Surgery is fastest: Of course, surgery (bypass, sleeve, or panniculectomy) is the fastest. For dietary approach, must avoid sugars, alcohol, and fats). Eat veggies. Medifast is ok for short term start.

Depends: For most people, weight loss occurs first at certain parts of the body. General weight loss is best accomplished by implementing a diet that minimizes the whites: sugar, flour, pasta, bread, and rice. Add steady amounts of physical activity during the day, a good night's sleep and manage your stress, and you will be on your way. There are no shortcuts other than stomach surgery and liposuction.

Exercise/wt loss 1st: Diet and exercise with an emphasis on core strengthening are highly recommended as a first step. If a rectus muscle diastasis or scarring or persistently loose skin or diet resistant localized fat persist, then consider a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to review some of the many options available.
