Male or female?: Herocyn powder has ingredients that may irritate the rash area. The groin is warm, dark, moist—conditions funguses love. In men it's called 'jock itch'. Try to keep the area dry by using unscented talcum powder (no corn starch; it feeds fungus) & loose, cotton underwear. Otc anti-fungal creams/sprays may be sufficient to clear the rash & itching. Your pharmacist can help you choose one.
